Technical Project Runner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Runner to lead a complex multi-residential project in Surrey, while being based in London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, technical environment and is ready to take charge from day one.

About the Role

This position is designed for a seasoned Technical Project Runner who's ready to make an impact. While based in London, you'll manage a complex multi-residential project in Surrey, coordinating closely with a hard-nosed Irish contractor. The first three months will focus on drawing work, followed by a transition to managing the project through phone calls, emails, and bi-monthly site visits.

What You Bring
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Technical Project Runner, whether as an Architect or Architectural Technologist, with specific experience in multi-residential projects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Revit skills are a must, along with a deep understanding of construction detailing and technical coordination.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage a small team, ensuring that all project aspects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, clients, and team members.
