About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Pertemps Managed Solutions. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 100-150 calls a day on an automated dialler to engage with customers and build rapport.
  • Develop and present tailored offers that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Achieve daily sales targets of 7-10 sales, exceeding the existing team's performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and regulations throughout the sales process.
Requirements
  • 12 months of sales experience within the last 3 years or equivalent experience in a similar role, such as a call centre.
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
  • Comfortable working remotely and adapting to our remote working environment.
  • A strong desire to exceed sales targets while maintaining process, compliance, and regulatory standards.
