This position will collaborate closely with the Legal, Risk and Compliance, and Finance departments to facilitate the complete procurement process, including supplier onboarding. You will be a vital member of the Procurement team, ensuring compliance with internal and external governance standards across all operations. A primary focus will be on maintaining effective and efficient procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer user access for various online platforms, managing activation, deactivation, and credit adjustments.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all documentation is completed and properly filed.
  • Assist the Accounts Payable team with supplier inquiries related to suspended accounts or expired insurances.
  • Maintain and regularly update the contract register with relevant information.
  • Manage the procurement intranet page, ensuring all content is current and accessible.
  • Conduct due diligence on new suppliers, including credit assessments and compliance checks.
  • Ensure that risk assessments for new suppliers are completed and stored appropriately.
  • Handle daily procurement inquiries and manage the Procurement inbox to ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain organized SharePoint files and ensure adherence to filing protocols.
  • Educate functional teams on Procurement policies and processes, directing them to necessary resources.
  • Assist in organizing supplier briefings for tender processes as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in administration, procurement, or supplier management.
  • Familiarity with purchase order systems.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
