Controller of Finance

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic leadership team at Sixty Eight People. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a crucial role in steering the company's growth and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and forecasting for both short and longer-term goals.
- Managing bank relationships and ensuring complete compliance with HMRC regulations and guidance.
- Creating return on investments (ROIs) for potential new site acquisitions.
- Supporting projects with senior management and producing monthly management accounts.
- In the future, building and leading a Finance function.
Requirements:
- A qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with 4-5 years' experience within a hospitality finance division.
- Competency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and a collaborative approach with a natural style that builds a strong network.
- A drive for continuous improvement and the ability to implement new systems and processes to enable growth.
