We are currently seeking a qualified Health & Safety Trainer/Adviser to join our team. This role is essential in fostering a robust safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Operations Managers, Site Managers, and Directors to enhance safety practices.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a positive safety environment.
- Conduct both scheduled and spontaneous coaching sessions in the field to better understand workplace dynamics and employee behaviors.

Qualifications:
- NEBOSH qualification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in delivering effective training sessions.
- Ability to establish rapport with staff and clients in various settings.

Preferred Background:
- Experience in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, waste management, construction, or engineering is advantageous.

Work Environment:
- This role involves a mix of home-based work and travel, with a focus on a 40%/60% split.
