Activity Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activity Coordinator to join our team at Allegra Care in Fordingbridge, New Forest.
About the Role:
- Plan and deliver a wide range of activities to enhance the lives of our residents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of our activity program, ensuring it meets the needs and interests of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and lead activities, including arts and crafts, games, and outings.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our residents' needs, interests, and abilities.
- Work with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
- Contribute to the development of our activity program, ensuring it meets the needs and interests of our residents.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a care home or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail.
