Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with the TA leadership team to deliver a business plan aligned with the UK's TA strategy. They will lead a team, fostering a high-performance culture, aligning individual performance with strategy, and managing coaching, appraisals, and development.

The manager will also deliver a personal acquisition target, contributing to placements and pipeline building, while promoting a collaborative team environment.

The role is based three days a week in the office and two days from home, with locations in Manchester, Birmingham, or London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
  • Manage a team of recruitment professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Coach and develop teams to improve performance and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
