Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Business Transformation Projects: Develop and implement business transformation strategies to drive operational excellence and improve business outcomes.
  • Analyze Business Requirements: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior management, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure that project goals are clearly understood and met.
  • Mentor and Guide Team Members: Provide leadership, support, and skill development to a team of business analysts, ensuring the consistency and quality of business analysis across projects.
  • Communicate Effectively: Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Business Transformation Specialist, with a track record of delivering successful business and technology change projects.
  • Mentoring and Leadership: Experience in mentoring or leading a team of business analysts, with a focus on developing skills and ensuring quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and understand the broader business impact of decisions.
  • Project Delivery Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Business Systems and Tools: Proficiency in creating detailed process flows, documentation, and user stories, and experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
