The Ideal Candidate:

- Must have experience in face-to-face furniture retail sales

- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport

- Be confident and highly motivated

- Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance

The company has been a household name for over 100 years, selling luxury furniture and homewares with a product line similar to that found on the third floor of Harrods.

The successful Senior Sales Consultant can look forward to being part of an ongoing growth plan within an award-winning company that rewards, recognizes, and invests in their employees' career development, both financially and progressively.

Compensation Package:

- Basic Salary: £25,000 (£22,600 + £2,400 location allowance paid year on year)

- Individual commission; first year uncapped OTE c£30-£40k
