About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with complex needs, including medication administration, nebulization, suctioning, tracheostomy care, and ventilation via tracheostomy.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in complex care, including medication administration, nebulization, suctioning, tracheostomy care, and ventilation via tracheostomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and compassionate approach to client care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
