Children's Care Home Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities- Oversee all facets of the daily operations of the Children's Home, ensuring adherence to the Children's Homes Regulations and the standards outlined in the home's Statement of Purpose and Ofsted guidelines.
- Prioritize the safeguarding of young people's welfare and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the on-call roster to support the Children's Home effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster team development and ensure optimal outcomes for children and young people aged 8 to 18 years.
- Recent experience working either as a Children's Home Registered Manager or as a Children's Home Deputy Manager in a Children's Home.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
- Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
- Driving Licence (preferred).
OSEQ CHILDCARE offers a competitive salary range of £51,226.00-£60,000.00 per year and a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
