## Job Title: Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistant

## Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in a dynamic and innovative school based in Cardiff. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for students with additional learning needs.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Support students with additional learning needs in a classroom setting
* Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
* Assist with behavior management and provide positive reinforcement
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

### Requirements:

* Experience working with students with additional learning needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
