Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Physician to join our team at Occupational Health Staffing Limited. As a Consultant in Occupational Medicine, you will be responsible for providing expert medical advice and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultations, advice, and guidance to clients on occupational health matters
  • Undertake regular occupational health medical clinics, covering a wide range of complex issues
  • Ensure assessments are conducted within agreed contracts and timelines
  • Provide advice to managers, employees, and HR on occupational health matters
  • Conduct case conferences and provide guidance on trends and organisational risk factors
  • Perform workplace assessments, health surveillance, and risk assessments for safety-critical roles
  • Manage clinical complexity and uncertainty in occupational health cases

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Physician with a proven track record in occupational health. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, managers, and employees.

What We Offer:
