Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, managing supply chain logistics, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning and Control: Ensure production capacity matches demand through effective control of overtime, manning levels, shift working, and capital investment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Purchase raw materials, finished goods, packaging, and other materials, maintaining reports of suppliers based on quality, timeliness, and price.
  • Forecasting and Analysis: Utilize historic data, current trends, and budgets to forecast consignment stock levels in 3PL warehouses globally.
  • Health and Safety: Promote safe working practices and assist with all aspects of H&S compliance.
  • Performance Management: Carry out regular performance appraisals, retraining, and reskilling as appropriate to the company's needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience organizing and planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • NEBOSH or working towards desirable.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
