Digital Channels Strategy Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Digital Channels Strategy Director to join our team at Mindshare. As a key member of our Channels & Solutions department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated digital strategies across all channels, paid and organic, to drive client growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital practice, including forecasting, audience strategy, and building for profit or LTV.
- Lead the development of global digital strategies for key clients, including a portfolio of brands.
- Immerse yourself in client businesses, applying deep knowledge to deliver innovative and ambitious client plans and services.
- Write communications strategies tailored to digital media, helping clients understand new opportunities in a simple yet exciting way.
- Deliver exceptional client performance, taking ultimate responsibility for team output and client-facing interactions.
- Be the central client contact for your portfolio, dealing with senior management within the client and agency organization.
- Apply best practice rigor to digital strategy and planning, maintaining a forward-thinking and innovative approach.
- Attend key internal and external client meetings, providing outstanding levels of client service in a proactive manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments to offer thought leadership and POVs.
- Become an expert in all Digital services offered by Mindshare, building a reputation as a trusted senior advisor.
- Play an active role in pitches, cross-agency initiatives, and industry events, representing Mindshare externally.
- Contribute to key industry events, enter relevant awards, and create POVs on industry developments.
- Take responsibility for team development and career progression, maintaining a positive attitude towards all areas of our work.
- Establish relationships with key senior clients, through QBRs and proactive projects.
- Regularly update the team on live initiatives, business performance, new business opportunities, and relevant topics.
- Lead integration projects across the department, developing and maintaining onboarding processes for new starters.
- Ensure briefing, planning, and finance processes are strictly adhered to by the team.
- Develop roadmaps for the Digital product, differentiating and future-proofing our offering.
- Create a consistent, challenging, and exciting recruitment experience for candidates.
- Contribute to New Business, upselling, and cross-selling services and capabilities to your client portfolio.
- Work with ADs to ensure client resource allocations are adhered to, reported, and flagged to BD.
- Support and deliver new business pitches when requested by leadership.
- Be commercially driven and forward-thinking in the expansion of business opportunities, entrepreneurial in mindset.
