Your Role as Payroll & Benefits Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll function across our diverse organization. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with legal obligations, and continuous improvement of our payroll systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead the payroll team, overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, and strategic direction.
- Payroll Management: Handle all payroll activities, including running monthly payroll for multiple entities and managing payroll administration processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the People Team on onboarding, contractual changes, pay structures, and other related activities.
- Policy Development: Review and create payroll policies and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Develop plans to consistently improve the payroll function in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Audit and Compliance: Ensure payroll cycles run smoothly through effective audit practices and business partnering.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payroll issues and anomalies, making recommendations to control costs.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
