Overview
We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking several Case Handlers to enhance our Mortgage Enforcement division. This role offers flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, where you will represent mortgage lenders in executing their rights to secure possession of mortgaged properties.
Your Responsibilities- Manage your own caseload effectively, utilizing our case management system.
- Draft necessary court documentation and coordinate with agents or advocates as needed.
- Maintain consistent communication with Team Managers regarding any work-related concerns or issues that require immediate attention.
- Possess a natural ability to empathize with clients and exhibit excellent telephone communication skills.
- Show initiative and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Demonstrate strong organizational capabilities and effective time management.
