Field Service Engineer – Nationwide Service Provider – M8 Corridor – Salary: £26,000 - £32,500 + door to door + on-call + overtime = £40k - £50k + Company Van + Tools + Health Cash Plan + Workwear + Training

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, providing service and repair support to our customers throughout the central belt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and unplanned service and breakdown repair work, as well as participating in our on-call rota.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out service and repair work on a wide range of equipment, including load lifters, steps, cranes, ramps, winches, and moving decks. You will also be required to work on-site, using your mechanical skills and knowledge to diagnose and repair faults.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer who is able to work independently, with minimal supervision. You will be qualified to NVQ level or above in mechanical engineering, and have a strong understanding of mechanical hand tools and equipment. An understanding of hydraulics and fault-finding electrics is desirable, as training can be provided.
