We are seeking a skilled Decontamination Technician to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our decontamination unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care by reprocessing equipment to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day reprocessing of equipment required for clinical use, following demonstrated training and work instructions to ensure production meets the highest standards.

Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a quality service to patients and customers, adhering to ISO13485/JAG/BSG requirements.

Requirements

  • Numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and follow routine procedures
  • Attention to detail and ability to plan and prioritize work requirements
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
