About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our North East Community Mental Health Team in Leith, NHS Lothian. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients by assessing their care needs, developing programmes of care, and implementing and evaluating these programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient care needs and develop programmes of care
- Implement and evaluate programmes of care
- Work closely with Psychiatrists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Social Workers, and nursing colleagues
- Provide cover for the Nurse Team Leader as required
