The ideal candidate will have considerable relevant experience in IT contract management, experience in managing multiple, large portfolios of customers and business accounts in a global environment, and be open to travel as needed.
The Director of Contract Assurance will also have a good understanding of IT service delivery, including various delivery models structured around geo, industry, and competency units, as well as proven negotiation and program management capabilities.
