About the Role
As a key member of our Scotland-based team, you will be responsible for designing efficient, reliable, and compliant domestic heat pump systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipe sizing, heat loss, radiator sizing, and noise assessment to ensure optimal system performance.
- Ensuring compliance with planning regulations and industry standards, such as MCS.
- Delivering schematic diagrams that effectively communicate installation requirements to installers.
- Providing support and working closely with installers to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Necessary qualifications, training, and experience in designing high-quality air source heat pump installations for domestic properties.
- Level 2 / 3 Award in plumbing.
Desirable Qualifications
- Qualifications in system design, such as Heat Geek Heating Mastery.
- Level 3 Award in installation and maintenance of air source heat pump systems.
- Level 3 Award in low-temperature heating and hot water systems in dwellings.
