Design Director Opportunity at Next15

Brandwidth, a leading digital customer experience agency, is seeking a highly skilled Design Director to join our Creative Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative direction of client projects, ensuring high-quality, user-centered design solutions.
  • Collaborate with account leads and strategists to understand client goals, target audiences, and brand identities.
  • Conceptualize and build inventive design concepts across multiple digital channels.
  • Manage the creative team, ensuring that all work meets the agency's standards of quality, usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
  • Participate in client presentations and meetings to articulate the agency's creative vision.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering effective digital experiences across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in relevant digital design and prototyping tools, including Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and issue resolution skills, with the ability to use user experience insights and data to inform creative decisions.
