About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Venatu Recruitment Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the aerospace and defence industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise sales opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aerospace and defence industry
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance
