About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Junior Bid Manager to join our team at Bidrecruitment. As a Junior Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design of tender submissions and business development documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research the client to understand their brand and inject this into the tender submission
  • Attend all kick-off and win strategy meetings
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create content
  • Liaise with the relevant people to storyboard video content
  • Liaise with printers to arrange document formatting and printing
  • Produce site graphics, event invitations, and business development collateral
  • Build strong relationships with the preconstruction team
  • Ensure the bid is created to the highest standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong project management skills. Previous construction experience is an advantage, but not essential. You must be able to build and maintain strong relationships, understand the client's expectations, and deliver a bid that meets those expectations.
