Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain quality system documentation, including procedures and work instructions.
- Manage group-level documentation and ensure accurate complaint responses within defined timeframes.
- Collate customer opinions and feedback using a multichannel approach.
- Analyze quality data to provide business insights and drive improvement programs.
- Maintain customer portal systems and customer specification databases.
- Work with Harford data to support complaint responses and highlight trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage QMS change control and participate in Product Specification Change control.
- Carry out internal audits of the QMS.
- Clear, concise, and effective communication is essential for this role.
- Liaise with internal departments to implement effective processes and training materials.
- Communicate with external stakeholders, including customer technical departments and auditing bodies.
- Ability to recognize what motivates others and use this to influence their decisions and thought processes.
- Lead and/or support training and education of the QMS across the business.
- Ensure accuracy of specifications within Fusion system.
- Ensure Document Control system complies with relevant standards.
- Archiving of records in a safe and easily retrievable manner, and in accordance with GDPR and document retention requirements.
- Accurate investigation reports for customer complaints.
- Ensure customer portals are kept up to date.
- Quality stage of product specification change control both permanent and interim changes.
- Manage and report on the company's concession process.
- Provide data and run reports from all areas of the QMS to the wider quality team.
- Ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety Rules and procedures.
- Participate in Safety Observation program.
- Ensure all Health & Safety training requirements are identified to your manager.
- Positively challenge unsafe behavior through coaching and listening.
- Ensure your manager is informed of people who abuse Health & safety rules and procedures.
- Where appropriate, ensure a risk assessment is conducted and mitigations are put in place before undertaking any work.
