About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to lead our Court of Protection team, providing expert guidance and support to clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-value and complex caseload within the Court of Protection, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Lead a small team, providing coaching, mentoring, and goal-setting to ensure team success.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow client relationships and support Partners in business growth.
  • Proactively undertake litigation activities, maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent client service.
About You

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with a passion for Court of Protection matters, who can effectively supervise and lead small teams to success. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified lawyer status via traditional SRA route or CILEX.
  • Ability to effectively lead small teams and manage complex caseloads.
  • Aptitude for business development and passion for growing strong client relationships.
  • Demonstratable technical experience gained within Court of Protection and understanding of the litigation process.
