Main Responsibilities- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repair tasks
- Utilize technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex faults
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components for wear and tear
- Repair and replace parts as needed
- Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service
- Support other technicians in the workshop to ensure efficient workflow
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment and techniques
- Ability to work to the highest quality standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Maintain high standards of house-keeping and organization
- Prior experience in working to efficiency targets
- A full UK driving license
- Experience within a main automotive dealer is preferable, but not essential
- VOSA-approved MOT tester an advantage but not essential
- Must hold Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair NVQ or equivalent
