Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repair tasks
  • Utilize technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex faults
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components for wear and tear
  • Repair and replace parts as needed
  • Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service
  • Support other technicians in the workshop to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
  • Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment and techniques
  • Ability to work to the highest quality standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Maintain high standards of house-keeping and organization
  • Prior experience in working to efficiency targets
  • A full UK driving license
  • Experience within a main automotive dealer is preferable, but not essential
  • VOSA-approved MOT tester an advantage but not essential
  • Must hold Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair NVQ or equivalent
