We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Manager to join our team at Countrywide Land & New Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for winning instructions to new sites and developing relationships with developers in the Dorset area.
Key Responsibilities- Forge and develop relationships with developers in the area to secure new business opportunities.
- Win instructions to new sites and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties.
- Gain and maintain sole agency agreements with developers to ensure a steady stream of new business.
- Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with new site developments in the area and identify potential opportunities for the company.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in new homes sales with a reputable estate agency, builder, or developer.
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent customer care and customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service to clients.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with developers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
