About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager and Estimator to join our team at Ivy Resource Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tenders from inception to submission, as well as providing contract management through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tenders from inception to submission, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Provide contract management through to completion, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained
  • Estimate projects from various sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in electrical contracts management and estimation
  • Strong understanding of electrical services and associated regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literate with experience of estimation software
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a company vehicle. If you are an approved electrician looking to progress your career from on-site to an office/management role, we would be happy to consider your application.
