We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food Service Operations Leader to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional food and customer service in our retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage teams to ensure the highest standards of food quality and customer service are maintained.
- Oversee the efficiency of all food service operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and implementing action plans to drive sales and growth.
- Communicate effectively with senior management to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image through excellent customer service and food quality.
- Identify opportunities for new service concepts to drive sales and growth.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Support and train teams to ensure everyone has the skills and knowledge to excel in their role.
- Implement and review health and safety standards to ensure compliance across all food service teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of management experience in a similar sector or industry.
- Experience managing teams in a similar role.
- Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill and develop their career.
