Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a premium and inclusive shopping experience by connecting with customers to understand their needs and wants
  • Model the company values, taking pride in the store, and working collectively to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Participate in training opportunities to develop and maintain product knowledge and skills
  • Maintain a high standard of shopping and working environment
  • Identify opportunities for add-on sales

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.44 (or £9.27 for under 21's)
  • Bonus of up to £750 per annum (proportionate to hours worked)
