Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of projects and programs through initiation, implementation, monitoring, and review.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and delivery of projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed outcomes.
- Provide expertise in program and project management, ensuring projects and programs are designed and delivered to meet business objectives.
- Work collaboratively across the organization and with stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective management and delivery of high-quality projects.
- Manage associated risks and issues, and provide comprehensive reporting and dissemination.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience in a relevant discipline.
- Recognized project management qualification.
- Significant demonstrable experience and track record of managing the delivery of high-quality projects/programs.
- Knowledge and understanding of project management practices, systems, processes, and procedures.
- Experience of working with and involving others in the development and implementation of projects.
- Proven work record of consistently achieving high standards and delivering objectives and priorities.
- Proven experience of managing budgets and contracts.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of funding and financial procedures in the public sector.
What We Offer
- 23 days per annum plus 8 public holidays and 2 extra statutory days, pro rata. Leave entitlement rises annually to 26 days per annum after 5 years service.
