Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Autograph Recruitment. As a leading specialist in Accountancy & Finance recruitment, we are working with a leading regional firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors based in Cardiff who are looking to appoint a senior accounting professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver audit and accounts assignments to ensure high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Supervise and review the work of junior employees to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Review, amend, and discuss accounts with clients before presenting them to partners for final client meetings.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing and new clients to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage client communication effectively to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and complete private company financial statements to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, with the ability to use these tools to analyze data and present findings.
