About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Recycling Sales Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading waste management company, driving business growth and developing new relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business and expand existing relationships with waste management clients.
  • Work closely with the Area Transfer Station Manager to drive growth and profitability across the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tendering and bid processes.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring volume targets are met and service requirements are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Commodities Trading Team to optimize waste procurement and ensure operating margins meet business goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the waste management industry.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
