University Operations Porter

We are seeking a committed University Operations Porter to facilitate the efficient functioning of services at educational institutions on a full-time basis, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

Your typical shift patterns will involve working 5 out of 7 days.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the lobby and other communal areas
  • Assisting housekeeping, dining, and event staff with room setups or furniture arrangements
  • Performing certain reception duties, such as booking tickets or making reservations
  • Addressing customer inquiries as needed
  • Running errands as required
  • Ensuring customer safety by managing signage for wet floors or other hazards
