We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Zero Surplus, a leading global sales recruitment agency based in East Anglia. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing sales accounts, developing the sales strategy, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an annual sales strategy to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships with OEMs and distributors
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and growth
- Travel internationally to meet with clients and partners (2-3 weeks per quarter)
- Lead from the front in winning new business from clients and partners
- Report on sales performance and progress to senior management
- Proven experience in sales management and leadership
- Strong technical sales skills and ability to understand complex products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel internationally
