About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Zero Surplus, a leading global sales recruitment agency based in East Anglia. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing sales accounts, developing the sales strategy, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an annual sales strategy to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships with OEMs and distributors
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and growth
  • Travel internationally to meet with clients and partners (2-3 weeks per quarter)
  • Lead from the front in winning new business from clients and partners
  • Report on sales performance and progress to senior management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management and leadership
  • Strong technical sales skills and ability to understand complex products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel internationally
