Staff Scheduling Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Roster Administrator to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Roster Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management and coordination of staff rotas across various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Rota Management: You will be responsible for checking staff absences, arranging cover, and ensuring that the correct number of qualified staff are rostered on at any given time.
- Communication and Collaboration: You will work closely with the Senior Management Team, Site Learning Administrator, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: You will identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize staff rotas and reduce administrative burdens.
- Staff Support: You will provide excellent customer service to staff, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative or customer service environment.
- Skills: Highly effective organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different situations.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field.
- Competitive Salary: £23,692.50 per annum.
