As a Commercial & Development Agent, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on the sale, letting, and acquisition of commercial properties, investments, and development sites across Greater London and the South East.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial & Development Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the identification, acquisition, and sale or letting of commercial and investment properties and development sites in London and the South East.
  • Arranging viewings for applicants.
  • Growing the volume of new business and income production to the office.
  • Valuing properties by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property market.
  • Taking accurate measurements of sites and premises and writing particulars to market the property both locally and nationally.
  • Negotiating with confidence, orally and in writing on all issues relating to property.
  • Seeking and acquiring properties on behalf of retained clients.
