We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Support Specialist to join our dynamic Office Products team. This role is pivotal in assisting with the daily operations that propel our category forward. Key responsibilities include data management, report preparation, system data entry, and supplier communication to ensure relevant information is maintained for our business activities.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Compiling daily reports pertinent to replenishment activities and utilizing these reports to place orders with suppliers as necessary.
  • Addressing information requests from the sales and customer care teams, including estimated times of arrival (ETAs) and proof of delivery (POD) availability.
  • Inputting data into company systems, which encompasses order processing, product data updates, and following up on overdue orders from suppliers.
  • Providing regular support to the warehouse to facilitate the efficient movement of goods through our operations.
  • Managing dropship orders effectively.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Coordinator.
  • Exhibiting a strong commitment to Ethics and Compliance, adhering to the DCC Group Code of Conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
