Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our team at JLA Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock information, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock information
  • Place orders with suppliers and negotiate prices
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Support the returns process and ensure timely management and approval of returns and credit process

Requirements:

  • Computer literate with experience across the Microsoft office suite and business systems
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to cope with multiple priorities and changing environment
  • Previous experience in supporting supply chain projects or related functions
