Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated General Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic primary school in Burton Upon Trent. As a valued member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process across the school.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
- Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted academic support.
- Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to support the overall well-being of our school community.
- Experience working with primary age children.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Have a DBS Certificate on the Update Service / Willing to obtain one.
