Job Title: Lead Data Engineer

Job Summary:

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer to join our team. As a Lead Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data flows and data management systems that collect, validate, and present data used for business insights and BI processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data warehouses, data marts, and ETL processes using expert SQL knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain data models that support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agile methodologies and ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date with cloud technologies and leverage knowledge to improve data management systems.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations for business improvement.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level SQL knowledge and experience with data warehouses, data marts, and ETL processes.
  • Strong data modeling skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Agile methodology experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cloud knowledge and experience with cloud-based data management systems.
  • Power BI knowledge and experience with data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the housing sector or a related industry.
