Role Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Supportive Living Assistant to join our team at Trinity Court. This position is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, enthusiastic, and eager to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to service users in their daily activities, whether in a supported living environment or within the community.
  • Assist with personal care and promote essential life skills, including budgeting, shopping, and household tasks like cooking and cleaning.
  • Develop and implement support plans and risk assessments to ensure personalized care that aligns with each individual's goals and promotes independence.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess a 'can-do' attitude and are motivated by the desire to enhance the lives of vulnerable adults. Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse needs are essential.

Work Schedule

This role requires flexibility, as you will be expected to work shifts as part of a rota system, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

All applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence. Previous experience in a care or health and social care setting is advantageous.
