Key Responsibilities:
1. Integrated Management System Development: Develop, maintain, and improve the Integrated Management System to ensure compliance with QSHE standards and legislation.
2. Risk Management Oversight: Oversee risk management, including maintaining risk and legal registers, and escalating issues as necessary.
3. Staff Training and Development: Support staff training and development to ensure understanding of QSHE standards and their relevance to business objectives.
4. QSHE Performance Implementation: Implement, monitor, and audit QSHE performance, including emergency management and business continuity plans, and ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
5. Guidance and Support: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to all personnel on company policies and procedures, and complete assigned tasks and projects as required.
Preferred Qualifications: NEBOSH / IEMA preferred but not essential.
