We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture professional to join The ONE Group Ltd as a key member of our Senior Management team. As a People and Culture Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business success by leveraging your exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to impact and influence others.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, preferably with CIPD qualifications, and experience in managing ISO 9001. They will be able to collaborate with Directors across our organization to achieve successful people and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
- Managing and maintaining ISO 9001 compliance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Directors and other stakeholders
- Providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters
- Leading and managing HR projects and initiatives
The successful candidate will be a driven, enthusiastic, and capable individual with excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the courage to challenge and ensure best practices are maintained.
