Job Title: Oracle Fusion Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to support our staff through a critical implementation of Oracle Fusion. This role requires a balanced approach, providing understanding and support while driving positive behaviors within our stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Oracle Business Change delivery partner to comprehend technical changes and their impact on broader operations.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to understand operational impact on the business.
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Comms & Engagement Lead and Training Lead to integrate output actions from the CIA into the Business Change Plan.
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers and issues related to the delivery of the Business Change Plan.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in implementing business change around back office / ERP / HCM and wider operational stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working as a business change specialist in previous ERP implementations, within Oracle Cloud.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, implement change in a team-oriented environment.
  • High empathy and compassion, with genuine understanding of others' emotions.
  • Proven ability to manage challenging situations with sensitivity and care.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for clear and effective interaction.
