Treatment Co-ordinator/PA to Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Co-ordinator/PA to join our team at Najeeb and Shireen Ltd. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that combines treatment co-ordination, administrative work, and managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the patient journey to ensure exceptional standards of patient care.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and referring dentists through personalized communication and care.
  • Increase case acceptance and sales from existing patients by providing excellent treatment planning and presentation skills.
  • Improve cash flow and productivity by streamlining clinical processes and managing patient financial arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Provide intra-oral scanning and digital workflow support to improve treatment plans.
  • Prepare patient consent forms, treatment reports, and estimates.
  • Manage patient referrals, finance applications, and insurance claims.
  • Deliver post-op care forms and follow-up phone calls to ensure a smooth patient journey.
Requirements:
  • Qualified and GDC registered Dental Nurse (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Excellent IT skills and experience with dental software (e.g., Exact/SOE software).
  • Ethical sales training and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a customer-focused environment and provide exceptional patient care.
  • Self-motivated and a good listener with a genuine warm, empathic, and compassionate nature.
Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work 8-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday, with a weekday off when working on Saturday.

We offer a competitive rate of pay from £18-£20 per hour, depending on experience, with a 40-hour week. The annual salary offered is from £37,440 to £41,600 per annum.
