General Practitioner GP OOH Service Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team providing medical care to patients requiring urgent assessment, advice, treatment, or referral out of hours. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with triage nurses, advanced community practitioners, technicians, call handlers, and a service management team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Main DutiesAs a General Practitioner in our Out of Hours Service, you will be responsible for providing medical care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your duties will include:
- Assessing and managing patients with urgent medical needs
- Providing advice and treatment to patients over the phone or in person
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Full GMC registration and LTP
- MBChB or equivalent certificate
- Hold a JCPTGP Certificate or equivalent experience
