About the Role

COSMO Restaurant Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting senior managers to deliver all company goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior managers to achieve business objectives and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
  • Ensure all guests have a great dining experience and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Team Members to achieve their full potential.
  • Continuously maintain a motivated team and create a great atmosphere and work environment in the restaurant.
  • Accomplish business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years' supervisor or management experience within high-volume and fast-paced restaurant business.
  • Someone service-inspired who won't compromise for an easy life.
  • A proven track record of guiding and developing teams – coaching, mentoring, and sharing enthusiasm.
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as be a leader.
  • A talent for spotting and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and hit deadlines.

Desirable Qualifications

  • First Aid
  • Fire Marshall/Warden
  • Health & Safety Level 2

Necessary training is available for the right candidate.
